Manage one-on-one communication with customers through phone calls, live chat, emails, text messages, etc.
What Will You Do?
Written communication with experts and customers (in English).
Consult customers and promote our services.
Manage the customer experience at all stages of the order fulfillment.
Check tasks submitted by experts for grammar and compliance with customer instructions.
